How has your week been? Creativity and fitness are the themes of this week. I am working on getting back into my routine with eating clean and getting a serious strength makeover. Once upon a time I had lots of muscle but I have let things slip for quite a while. I’m looking forward to feeling strong again! I look forward to sharing more in the future about my favorite healthy Mama program.
This littles also had some workouts too since we had our monthly skate session. We have been doing this for a while and they really have a blast. Mr B is loving his new Christmas skates! That in combination with the dance schedule for Miss S and Mr T, they are staying warm. Now I just need a more regular plan for the bigger boys. Any suggestions?
Creatively, the kids are working on the annual fun of Pinewood Derby cars! We are involved with boy and girl scouts and this is the event every year where the kids make cars and race them. It is tons of fun and can even be used to teach things like art, physics, and good sportsmanship.
Mr K has a very cute car that he named “Watermelon”. He is very proud of his cutting and painting especially.
Miss S has dubbed her vehicle “Niagra Falls” and I love her paint job. It’s so great that the siblings and other family members can participate in this fun event.
Daddy and Mr T’s also made a car. It is a rocket and I think he did a pretty good paint job for a 4-year-old!
So we will be off to see who is the fastest and I’m sure tons of fun will be had by all.
I’m so thankful for the health of our bodies and our minds that we can do so many fun things in a week!
What are your fitness habits? Any cool programs you can share with me?
Peace and health,
