Sunset Café Saturday – Our Busy Day in Pictures

Hello Sunset Café friends! Today’s post is a little bit different. Instead of my plan for the weekend, I’m sharing with you my busy, beautiful, and productive day. We had a few things to do and I also had a few activities that I wanted to squeeze in.

So here is a bit of our craziness.

After my morning routine I started our day with putting together this pot of chili that would be helping to feed a bunch of boy scouts and their families at the Boy Scout Dinner later.

Next I got this silly baby up and got him ready for the day. Silly Mr G! He wouldn’t stop kicking his legs – it’s a wonder a got a diaper on him. 🙂

Our stinky darling doggie went to the bath next. Have you dog families ever used one of the self-service dog wash places? It is wonderful! You use their facilities and equipment and they do all the clean up – a fabulous set up for this mama, especially since it is so inexpensive!

After the doggie wash we went on a fun field trip. I have been wanting to go to the farm museum nearby for ages and we finally went! It was fabulous but we will definitely have to go back when it is warmer. 🙂

After our fun at the museum it was off to the grocery store and home to put them away and grab a quick rest.

Last, but certainly not least, we attended Mr B’s Boy Scout Dinner and had a great time celebrating our scouts.

Now we are all stuffed, tired, and happy. Perhaps tomorrow we will rest.

Peace and health,
